1. At a glance

This website is a statically rendered Next.js site without tracking, analytics or marketing components. I do not collect any personal data myself, neither through forms nor scripts or accounts. The only data processing that takes place when you visit is carried out by the hosting provider in the form of server logs (section 3).

3. Hosting and server log files

The website is hosted by:

netcup GmbH, Daimlerstraße 25, 76185 Karlsruhe, Germany

When the website is accessed, the web server automatically records the following in log files: IP address, date and time, file accessed, HTTP status code, volume of data transferred, referrer URL, browser type and version, operating system. This data is not merged with other data sources and is not attributed to any individual.

Purpose: technical provision, stability, error analysis and defence against attacks.
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
Storage period: 14 days at the latest; in the event of a security incident, until it has been resolved.

4. Cookies and local storage (§ 25 TDDDG, German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act)

This website sets exactly one cookie and stores one further value locally in your browser:

Both entries are strictly necessary for the display you selected yourself (§ 25 para. 2 no. 2 TDDDG); consent is therefore not required. Legal basis for the associated processing: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. No tracking, analytics or third-party cookies are set, which is why there is no cookie banner.

5. Technology used

Fonts: Inter and JetBrains Mono are served locally from the website build. No connection is made to Google Fonts or any other third-party servers.

Search function: The search works with an index generated at build time, which is loaded into your browser when you open the search and is searched there. Search queries are transmitted neither to my server nor to third parties.

Content Security Policy: The website uses a nonce-based CSP with strict-dynamic; external scripts, images and fonts are blocked. When you visit, no communication with third-party servers takes place as long as you do not click an external link.

Downloads: Scripts and configuration files from the tutorials are provided via GitHub or via the subdomain uploads.musiker15.de, which runs on the same server. Downloads are only recorded in the server logs pursuant to section 3.

6. External links

The website links to GitHub (GitHub, Inc., USA), Discord (Discord Inc., USA) and msk-scripts.de, and individual tutorials additionally link to third-party download offerings such as sinusbot.com and files.teamspeak-services.com. These are plain links without embedded content or widgets. Data is only transmitted to the respective provider once you click a link; their privacy terms apply in that case.

7. Contact by email

If you send me an email, I store your details (sender address, content, time) in order to process your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (responding to enquiries) or lit. b GDPR where a contract is involved. I delete emails as soon as the enquiry has been concluded and no retention obligation applies, after 12 months at the latest.

8. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). You may withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7 para. 3).

Right to lodge a complaint (Art. 77 GDPR) with a supervisory authority. The authority responsible for me is:
